description: "Buck Hawthorn was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, a city surrounded by beautiful lakes and forests. Growing up, Buck spent countless hours exploring the outdoors and learning about the plants and animals that call these environments home. This early exposure to nature instilled in him a deep love for the environment, which he has carried with him throughout his life.\n\nAfter graduating from high school, Buck decided to pursue his passion for environmental studies at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. During his time at Hamline, Buck gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in ecology, sustainability, and conservation. He was also able to conduct research on the effects of climate change on local ecosystems, which further solidified his commitment to protecting the planet.\n\nUpon graduating with a degree in Environmental Studies in 2022, Buck knew that he wanted to dedicate his life to preserving the environment. He began working as a conservationist, using his knowledge of plants and ecosystems to help restore habitats and protect endangered species. However, his passion for plants led him to start his own nursery, where he could cultivate a wide variety of trees, shrubs, and flowers and promote sustainable practices.\n\nBuck's dedication to the environment extends beyond his work at the nursery. He is an advocate for environmental causes and is committed to educating others on the importance of preserving the natural world. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring new places. Buck Hawthorn is a name that represents a commitment to environmentalism and a love for nature that will endure for a lifetime."
