Nearly a decade ago, Bohr Custom Curbing was born. What started as a hobby and a potential way to pay for college, quickly turned into a passion that neither Jake or Joey could shake. They began by providing custom concrete curbing services to their friends and family, but quickly realized the potential of their business. They started to advertise their services and word quickly spread, leading to more and more customers. The brothers continued to work on their business while they finished college, and after graduation, they decided to pursue the business full-time. Today, Bohr Custom Curbing has become a well-established and respected name in the local community, providing high-quality concrete curbing services to both residential and commercial customers.
In contrast, Cornerstone Nursery opened its doors just last year, but has already become a staple in the area. Jake wanted to create a business that would not only provide high-quality plants and gardening supplies to the community, but would also give back to the community in meaningful ways. From the beginning, the founders of Cornerstone Nursery have been committed to sourcing plants and supplies from local growers and suppliers, supporting the local economy and reducing the environmental impact of their business.
Additionally, they have partnered with local charities and organizations to donate a portion of their profits to community causes. Together with Bohr Custom Curbing, Cornerstone Nursery hopes to make a positive impact on the community by providing exceptional landscaping and gardening services while giving back in meaningful ways.
